What Accompanies a Quotation
The form below starts a quotation, and the response includes accreditation documentation for the laboratory performing the work, together with pricing and turnaround detail.
Accreditation named anywhere here is the performing laboratory's, and its limits are the limits of that laboratory's published scope. Measurements outside the scope are reported as non-accredited and identified on the certificate rather than quietly included. Each accreditation statement names the laboratory that holds it.
